terms and conditions
General:
I reserve the right to refuse a commission if it's beyond my capabilities, or if I find it uncomfortable to do.
I prohibit my art to be used for NFTs, AI purposes, and the likes.
Notes to the client:
Provide as many visual references as you can and be as detailed as possible with your commission so I can draw it to the best of my abilities.
The status of your commission can be checked through my Carrd.
You can cancel your commission as long as I haven't started on it yet.
I will be sending you a very rough sketch of your request for approval before the payment process.
Once payment has been approved, I will send you WIPs in two stages: lineart and base coloring.
Revisions and/or additions will only be added during the sketch phase.
The full sized finished commission will be given via Google Drive.
I reserve the right to post your commission on any of my social media accounts, as well as to use them on my portfolio, unless otherwise stated.
You must credit me, the artist, if you're using your commissioned work on any site.
Turnaround time is dependent on the complexity of your request, ranging from days to weeks.
You'll be notified if there's any delays regarding your commission.
regarding the prices / payment:
All prices stated are in US Dollars / USD.
Commercial use for requested item/s will subject to an addition of 100% of the quoted price.
The listed prices are base prices, and it may increase depending on the complexity of your commission.
Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.
After everything has been discussed and agreed upon, I will send a Paypal invoice to your email, and once you confirm the payment, I will continue with your commission.
I reserve the right to cancel your commission if you fail to pay within 48 hours. (2 days)
I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
No refunds will be given once payment has been made.
